Situated within a quiet gated development, our first floor one bedroom apartment is a stone's throw from St Richard's Hospital and Chichester University.  Unusually for accommodation this conveniently placed it is fortunate to come with an allocated parking space.

Unfortunately NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are permitted on the site overnight and this property is not suitable for children.

With free parking, unlimited WiFi and with lots of extra comforts, ChiPad Mono is a great place to stay whether you are visiting the area for work or pleasure.

This great property offers a double bedroom, an open plan living / dining area with workspace and a well equipped, compact, kitchen.  Providing the comforts of a modern hotel, with free unlimited Wi-Fi, 42 inch flat screen smart TV, high quality bed and furnishings and hotel quality linen, we also provide all the facilities needed to cook at home. The well equipped kitchen includes an oven and hob, a toaster, kettle and microwave, plus all the crockery, pots and pans etc needed for the majority of dishes.  There is also a convenient washer/dryer for those longer stays.

Additional free overnight on-street parking is available just outside the gates on surrounding roads.
